Infasil for UNICEF: together against neonatal tetanus

A vaccine for every product purchased, as of 1 November

Tetanus is a cruel disease. It affects women in pregnancy and is transmitted to the baby at the time of cutting the umbilical cord, in conditions of poor hygiene.
If not immediately treated, the infection has almost always
results in death.
In the West, tetanus is now only a sad memory. But in 47 developing countries, this infection still kills each year
140,000 infants and 15 to 30 thousand women.
To prevent it, just a simple vaccine that costs a few cents: the difficulty lies in reaching millions of women, often unaware of the danger, in the most remote corners of the planet, and vaccinated at the right time.
UNICEF and WHO have as a
goal the elimination of global tetanus by 2012.

                                                   1 product = 1 vaccine

                                                                                                                                                      Valentina Vezzali, Queen World foil
and testimonial of Infasil for UNICEF

UNICEF now has a new ally in the fight against this terrible disease: Infasil, the line of personal care products have always attentive to the health of women.
From 1 November 2008 to 30 June 2009, per package Infasil the mark with UNICEF (the full list here) sold, an equivalent of a vaccine against tetanus (0047 €) is devolved UNICEF.
The initiative is part of the international partnership
Procter & Gamble for UNICEF, which since 2006 has now allowed UNICEF to purchase 50 million doses of vaccine

In Italy, the godmother of solidarity Infasil is a familiar face to all sports: that of Valentina Vezzali, gold at the Olympics in Beijing in the individual foil (and third consecutive in the Games, record for a player blue).

From fioretto Valentina (which is a weapon that can kill) to the syringe to inject the vaccine (also can kill) the step may be short, also depends on you ... (maybe. .. also to kill other human beings)

Any thing or person is now becoming useful to be used by multinationals that instead lead to desperate people of third world water and flour and maybe some 'health, leading to the false humanitarian vaccination, thus going to destroy even more vaccines with their already compromised immune system. Yeah, but what is stress, these poor people are considered human guinea pigs on which to experiment, speculating about their culture poor, terrified previously about possible outbreaks of disease, as well as threats is done with even the most culturally advanced nations.
